Any property under $2500 in gross rent will be charged at 7% of gross rent. All additional add on charges can be negotiated on agreement

Any property/portfolio over $8000 in gross rent will be charged 5% of gross rent. All additional add on charges can be negotiated on agreement

6%
Any property/portfolio over $2500 in gross rent will be charged 6% of gross rent. All additional add on charges can be negotiated on agreement
Leasing/ Finding Tenant

First time lease/ Finding tenant
75%
We charge 75% of the gross rent for first time lease.
If your property needs to be leased after we take over management
50%
Once the property is managed by us for minimum 2 months the fee will be 50% of gross rent to fill the unit.
maintenance
meaintaning the property/ upgrading
fixing issues are included in the monthly maintenance fee
we will fix simple/ moderate issues for no charge
ex. broken tap in bathroom
plumber/ handyman- $180.00 labour
us- Labour included in the monthly fee
