- In house handyman, guaranteed lowest labour fees allowing for greater cash flow.
- Fire detector inspection
- Furnace filter changes
- Bi-weekly drive-by inspection
- Market evaluation 90 days before lease expires
- We get paid when you get paid
- Labour fees included on certain fixes (you pay for the product)
Leasing/ Finding Tenants
Leasing/finder Fee:
- We will showcase your property through advertisements & open houses.
- Screening process
- Leasing agreements
- First and last collected and deposited to you.
- Inspections, fire alarm, filter, property conditions
- Re-leasing fee included
- Rent increases yearly
General maintenance
When any issues come up we will be able to figure out the cheapest most cost effective way to resolve them. The labour fees are included in general management on small/ moderate fixes.
